Parker is a Founding Partner at GenCounsel. He has financed, advised and led emerging businesses for the past 27 years as a banker, attorney, executive and entrepreneur. Before starting his own practice in early 2008, John was the President of AirClic Inc., an award-winning mobile software-as-a-service firm.

He was instrumental in creating AirClic’s business model, raising more than $100 million in equity capital, and in obtaining and managing many industry-leading worldwide partnerships that have enabled and propelled its growth.
